Services at The Artistry of Wildlife

BEFORE THE HUNT: Regardless if this is a once in a lifetime hunt
or just your routine excursion, with a little prep ahead of time, your
trip will go off without a hitch.
After an exciting adventure
enjoying the sport you love, who wants to end their vacation with the headaches
and frustration of trying to get your trophies home?

LET US HELP YOU: Contact
us at the "Artistry of Wildlife" . We will send you customized
tags with all of the necessary information preprinted on them. This information
will include your personal dossier, the customs brokerage of your choosing,
and the "Artistry of Wildlife" info needed to expedite the shipment of
your trophies. Then all you need to do is attach one tag to EACH skin,
skull and set of horns that are being shipped.

TROPHIES FROM OUTSIDE THE USA: The customs brokerage you choose
will handle the importation of your trophies. They will contact you when
your shipment arrives. The customs broker will then assist you with any
of the required documentation to release your shipment. After they receive
payment for THEIR services they will forward your trophies to our
studio.

ALASKAN TROPHIES: Our studio recommends using "Alpha Fur Dressers"
1901 W. 48th , Anchorage Alaska 99517, phone (907) 868-3227. They
are located just 2 miles from the airport. They are an independent
tannery that will eliminate the inconvenience of expediting raw skins.
You can make arrangements with them for the tanning and shipment of your
trophies to our studio. Payment for "tanning only" is made directly to
their company and will be deducted from our charges.
IN THE STUDIO: The " Artistry of Wildlife"
When the shipment arrives
in our studio, we will do an inventory of all items received. We will then
contact you to inform you of the arrival and finalize your instructions
for the creation of your trophies.

Planning your desires ahead
of time, for your artistic creations, will facilitate their completion.
INVOICING DETAILS:
Once decisions are made,
we will send you an invoice with the description of poses and our fees.
Enclosed will be a hold/harmless agreement. This is a standard
agreement in the taxidermy industry. The agreement needs to be signed
and returned to us along with deposit payment equal to 50% of the total
charges.
When deposit payment and
the signed agreement are received you can plan on having your artistic
creations delivered within our 90 to 120 day guarantee.
As we approach the completion
of your finished work, we will contact you for your choice of shipping
instructions. We will also send you the final invoice for the remaining
balance including the shipping charges. Once payment is received your trophies
will be on their way to your desired destination.
